As a purchaser of the "FOUNDATION COURSE," "ELITE COURSE," or "EXCLUSIVE COURSE" Package, priced at USDT 200/400/3500 respectively, you are entitled to the following benefits:

Important Note:

- Educational content can be accessed in all available languages for 3 months from joining.
- All affiliate program benefits, excluding educational content, are activated for 12 months or 365 days from registration.

7. 7. Viewing privileges for 90 days; affiliate benefits valid for 12 months.
8. 8. Strict prohibition on sharing educational content under any circumstances.
9. 9. No screenshots, video recording, voice recording, or content copying allowed.

Educational Content for FOUNDATION + ELITE COURSE:

For participants who purchased the ELITE COURSE (Package 2.0 worth USDT 400), additional educational benefits include:

1. 1. All benefits of the FOUNDATION COURSE.
2. 2. Completion of FOUNDATION COURSE before starting ELITE COURSE live sessions.
3. 3. 15 online live Zoom sessions.
4. 4. Content viewable for 1 batch within 3 months; affiliate benefits valid for 12 months.
5. 5. Strict prohibition on sharing educational content; no content copying allowed.

Educational Content for EXCLUSIVE PROGRAM:

For participants who purchased the EXCLUSIVE PROGRAM (Package 3.0 worth USDT 3500), additional educational benefits include:

1. 1. All benefits of FOUNDATION and ELITE COURSE.
2. 2. Completion of Foundation and Elite Course content before attending lectures in Dubai.
3. 3. Invitation for 4 Nights & 5 Days in Dubai for live and one-to-one sessions.
4. 4. Participant's responsibility to select a slot for physical sessions after 60 days.
5. 5. Travel expenses from India to Dubai and Dubai to India provided.
6. 6. Physical education course with no company-provided Dubai trip packages.
7. 7. Content viewable for 1 batch within 3 months; affiliate benefits valid for 12 months.
8. 8. Strict prohibition on sharing educational content; no content copying allowed.

Credit Balance Account:

For every package purchased, an MT5 account will be created with credit equivalent to the course package amount:

- FOUNDATION COURSE : 200 USDT And Profit Withdrawal 2x i.e 400 USDT
- ELITE COURSE : 400 USDT And Profit Withdrawal 2x i.e 800 USDT
- EXCLUSIVE COURSE : 3500 USDT And Profit Withdrawal 2x i.e 7000 USDT

Conditions to use Credit Trading Account:

1. No withdrawal of credit amount for trading; only profits are withdrawable upto 2X of credit amount.
2. No IB generated for own trading on the Credit Trading Account.
3. Account cannot be topped up in case of a loss.

AUTOMATION SOFTWARE:

To activate Automation Software, a participant must have a purchased package. Key conditions include:

1. 1. No activation on Credit given to clients.
2. 2. Minimum 1000 USDT deposit required for activation.
3. 3. Deposit and transactions in Automation must be in USDT.
4. 4. Automation Software activation after call verification from authorized staff.
5. 5. Profit dependent on market situation; company not responsible for monthly profits.
6. 6. Withdrawable profit limited to 2 times the invested amount. Once profits withdrawal is done upto 2 times of your invested amount, your trading account will be surrendered.
7. 7. Only profits from available equity are withdrawable; profit withdrawal available only on the 1st of every month or any other prescribed date.

DEPOSIT & WITHDRAWAL:

1. For Credit Account Trading, only profit is withdrawable.
2. No limit on withdrawal from self-trading accounts.
3. Automation Software profits withdrawable only on the prescribed date.
4. Affiliate Program commissions withdrawable on Mondays of every week.
5. IB commissions from the affiliate dashboard withdrawable daily.
6. A fee of 1 USDT applicable for all withdrawal transactions.
7. Automation accounts cannot be withdrawn once registered for it, till the amount becomes 2 times.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

- All transactions related to package purchase, deposits, withdrawals, and benefits must be done with USDT transactions only.
- Incase of any dispute, misinterpretation or misinformation due to negligence, the academy reserves the rights.
